These paleo kale chips are a perfect healthy snack that everyone can love.
They’re perfect for sitting back and watching a movie or as a quick and healthy snack after work or school.
Just make sure that the kale has been thoroughly dried before you mix it with the olive oil.
You can also switch the salt with any of your other favorite seasonings to spice things up a little bit; just make to add it at after baking and not before.

Ingredients (serves 2)
- 1 bunch of kale
- 2 tbsp of olive oil
- Salt to taste
1) Pre-heat your oven to 300 F
2) Remove the center stems and cut or tear up the kale leaves into bite sized pieces
3) Mix the kale and olive oil together in a bowl and place on a baking sheet
4) Bake for 15 minutes or until the edge of the leaves begin to brown
5) Add salt to taste
