These paleo sweet potato fries are a great and healthy snack to eat when you’re craving some good old fashioned french fries.Try these Paleo sweet potato fries for a twist on an old favorite side dish.

The cooking length varies a little based on how thick you cut the potatoes with up to thirty minutes for the larger wedges down to twenty minutes if you like them really skinny.

I personally prefer somewhere in the middle so that they’re still good and crispy but also satisfying.

You can also skip the paprika if you’re not a fan but I think it adds just the right flavor.

Prep Time: 10 minutes                          Cook Time: 25 minutes

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 4 small sweet potatoes
  • ¼ cup of coconut oil
  • A sprinkling of paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

1) Pre-heat your oven to 425 F

2) Cut the potatoes into wedges and toss them with the coconut oil, paprika, salt, and pepper in a large bowl

3) Bake for twenty to thirty minutes depending on the thickness of the wedges. Start checking with a fork after twenty minutes.
