These paleo sweet potato fries are a great and healthy snack to eat when you’re craving some good old fashioned french fries.
The cooking length varies a little based on how thick you cut the potatoes with up to thirty minutes for the larger wedges down to twenty minutes if you like them really skinny.
I personally prefer somewhere in the middle so that they’re still good and crispy but also satisfying.
You can also skip the paprika if you’re not a fan but I think it adds just the right flavor.
