Eating for Weight Loss

In order to live healthy and fit lives, as well as achieve the bodies we want, it’s necessary to be aware of how we’re fueling our bodies. Eating plenty of vegetables and protein is one of the most important things we can do to both maintain a lean figure and give our bodies the fuel we need to live the active lives we want.

In fact, when people ask me how to lose weight the first thing I tell them is to simply eat more vegetables and protein with every meal.

This will not only reduce the net calories consumed but also increase the amount of micro-nutrients consumed while giving your body all of the signals of satiety to feel full and content.

The second piece of advice is to never “drink your calories.” Avoiding sugary drinks is one of the best ways to reduce the amount of unhealthy and mostly wasted calories entering your body as well as improve your overall health.
